I’ve read your ebook “Think Outside the Scrapebox” and I try your method in harvesting .gov and .edu sites with google.
When I use scrapebox and put in the keyword box inurl:.edu inurl:wp-signup.php and inurl:.gov inurl:wp-signup.php but the harvesting results were always the same (regardless I use custom footprint, or wordpress or else), it was came out with no URL’s being harvested.
Would you guide me on how to do it properly?

Could you help me understand where to put the referring url/article URL exactly? Little confused by your wording.
Also i’m confused as to where are we getting our referring URLs? Don’t we need a bunch of fake websites to load as the referring URLs or am i missing something?

I recently read your ebook about Thinking outside the Scrapebox and find the tips helpful to the max – thanks again!
As I am a newbie to scrapebox I have some questions though (even they might seem a little bit naive), which you kindly might answer:
1. About the backlink spamming on aged old sites:
Do you mean I should send comments on such a site containing a link to my money making site?
2. Same thing with spamming web 2.0 authority sites. What is meant by spamming? I set up a linkwheel of keyword related web 2.0 sites and then start commenting on them with backlink to my money site, is that right? Or does “spamming” really mean pinging?
3. Stealing competitors links doesn´t work for me, means I harvest only a hand full of urls, which I cannot comment on.
I´m sure I have been doing something wrong and this links aren´t for commenting or backlinking or something, but what are they for then?
Anyway, what is your experience with pinging? I do pinging by several projects (like pinging my moneysite referred from articles on directories, from blog comments and maybe some manually generated backlinks) 50 pings each, thus a total of 100 to 150 pings (which would be fake visits) at most per day. Do you think that would be ok, or can I ping a little more without risk?
I´ve been using another fake visit creating software before and haven´t noticed any improvement by page rank whatsoever. Does pinging help me at all? And what is the difference between pinging with scrape box and using a service like linklicious.com?
Enough of questions today, I don´t want to kinda overload you, it would be nice of you, if you could respond though.
