Hey guys! Just wanted to write a post letting you all know what is going on and what I have planned for you all!
Launched New Niche Site!
I found a really cool keyword in a niche that I love! They two keywords I am targeting are “frat music” and “frat music playlist”. Combined, they should get 1,385 hits per day according to Market Samurai.
I created my new site for frat music. I’m going to be creating playlists for me and my listeners to listen to every week. From January to July of this year, I lived with my friend at his fraternity and it was a really cool experience! I know at parties and times where friends just get together in a room, it is always cool having a good mix going. I’m surprised so many people search for this specific keyword and how little competition there is!
I plan on using MixPod to create playlists and I plan on integrating FaceBook since most of my targeted audience is college aged. The one thing I am hung up on is how to monetize the site. I asked my friend Vinay Patankar and he gave me some good suggestions but I would love to hear some of your guy’s ideas in the comments section below!
Last Week I Took a Mini-Personal Vacation
Yeah, that is what I’m going to call it lol. Basically, my grandpa passed away and I’ve been helping my family out so I haven’t been really feeling like working. So yes, I didn’t do much this week but I feel it was for a good reason and don’t feel too bad about it.
The one thing I did do was play a lot of poker! I did pretty well and am able to pay for school and pay off some bills! I left a few hundred dollars on my poker account but I do not plan on playing much poker any more for the rest of the month (excluding Christmas and New Years since those days are super juiiicccccyyyy).
What I Have Planned
I’ve been thinking about Make Money Buzz lately and what I am doing with it. Right now, I’m just kind of updating it with my personal methods and knowledge and some random stuff. Next year, I plan on blowing this site up! I’m going to be adding tons of content, media types, and doing a campaign to get more readers. Of course, you guys will get a front row seat into all of that!
Some things I’ve been thinking about have been a monthly earnings report. I’ve seen guys like Pat Flynn do this and it has really been motivating and I’m sure will be interesting for you guys too. I’ve also been thinking about starting a daily/weekly vlog or podcast. Just an idea as of now but I’m thinking of venturing into new types of media.
Whatever the end result of this blog is, I am confident you guys will love it! I have a lot on my plate starting January, but this blog and my readers keep me going. For that I want to thank you! I came to your blog from smartpassive (Pat). I think you are doing well.
But you blog needs a better design and you have to be more focus, doing this will attract your desire kind of traffic. You also need a mailing list.

Thanks Roy! Currently I’m kind of putting this site on hold for a bit for another project I’ve been working on. I might start this site up again later, but don’t want to put energy in it if I can’t also put in dedication and focus.
